By using the MAPS Assessment platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
MAPS Assessment is a career compatibility evaluation tool that helps users understand how two career paths interact across four dimensions: Merge, Amplify, Powered-by, and Sustain. The service is provided by PathStack LLC.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- One account per person
Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@mapsassessment.com
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to registered users
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
Intellectual Property
The MAPS framework, scoring methodology, and all content on this platform are owned by PathStack LLC. Assessment results generated for you are yours to use for personal career planning purposes.
Disclaimer
MAPS Assessment provides career compatibility insights for informational purposes only. Results should not be taken as professional career advice. PathStack LLC is not responsible for any career decisions made based on assessment results.
Limitation of Liability
PathStack LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
